• Federal Maritime Commission - National Shipper Advisory Committee Representing MEMA and Auto Care Association - Current Term: 9/1/2021 – 12/31/2024 
• HCS headed two coalitions to the Federal Maritime Commission to address inequitable policies in the shipping industry that affect importers and exporters alike.
• HCS has been an advisor for the FMC supply chain innovations and demurrage/detention teams.

Anti-Dumping and Countervailing Duties

• HCS led three coalitions to the International Trade Commission to reverse onerous anti-dumping duties that harmed the automotive parts industry.

Trade Policy

• As a recognized automotive parts industry advocate in Washington for trade policy on Capitol Hill, Federal Maritime Commission, the Department of Commerce, and the International Trade Commission; HCS International is a recognized voice of the aftermarket industry.
